At 1 million a quarter admin or more, that means they need to raise the full 4.5 mill this quarter (a million SHOULD have gone in from the 90 million shares issued last week naturally - which will cover a quarters admin)
So a further 4.5 mill plus acquiring a refinery? Better get a call in to Bill Gates and Warren Buffett......and maybe the Queen.......and J.K. Rawlings........
