Option 2 sounds the best as if I take option 1 my shares will be diluted more than I want them to be.
Doing some basic sums if I take up all rights offered to me I will average down to 0.008. If the price bounces back up to 0.017 like it was at today I may sell a parcel.
It bears thinking about more tho
