    seems if you have 1 mill shares you get 3mill rights if you have paid 1.5 per share for the mill and .o5 for the
    rights that equates to .0075 per share pretty cheap if I am right .
    Think I will have to raise the funds this is to good to pass.
    holding 5mill.
