Hi towie, I'm a long term holder and I am happy about it. Shareholders have been given first dibs opportunity to fund the bulk sampling project. This is a good thing in my view. If NTL simply diluted shareholders holdings by private placement or stopped operating due to inability to fund progress then shareholders would not be happy about that.
