The Newcrest HOA is all about drilling at the Rahu tenement.

However, in terms of the Talisman mine (which is being developed for production within 6 months), if you look over recent announcements about Amer International, NTL says Amer were looking to take a "potentially substantial stake" in NTL and that NTL was looking to do this while increasing shareholder value.

My view is that NTL are offering shareholders the opportunity to top up before Amer take their big stake by buying up the shortfall allocation left by shareholders.
