They were offered $$$ via placements at levels where the stock traded for months which they did not take up because raising money via options at $0.22 when you know you have good ground and can drill it cheaply is good business. Also, the dilution to shareholders is a big factor for this company
The $0.10 raise went to Argonaut and one larger investor... like Linda Evangelista, Argonaut do not get out of bed for chicken feed. I approached my broker about asking for a placement and was told no, so spent weeks buying in the market.... weeks and weeks to get a parcel
