I'd say its already looking very ugly when you look at the share price action and levels. The last update from the company doesn't look too bad, a few green shoots in evidence, but it still appears that they have fallen way behind on their previous forecasts for shipping volumes for Zoleos. But the SP situation is dreadfull, its just hit a two-year low of 18.5c a week ago, and its lost 65% of its market cap valuation that it had a year ago. Worst of all, the liquidity is absolutely in the toilet, there are days on a regular basis without any trades registered at all. I'm guessing the liquidity issue is the biggest one right now, probably keeping away many potential new investors.
