It is possible they are unable to announce a new product feature such as this as the ASX may deem this as marketing. I mean it is great but it is not a announcement of a contract or sales deal... yet, so it would be like a software company releasing an ASX update on their product enhancements.
Some housekeeping, on the notion we may need a CR I queried the company and was reaffitmed as stated in the webinar no CR will be needed outside of an acquisition.
Also it was confirmed API is a JV 50/50 item so RP are paying their share there.
