It pays to be sceptical in this business. Liberty makes no sense at all. It's a shell that failed as a mining company now trying to re-engineer itself as a tech play. Why invest in Liberty at all, they are actually broke, and they have no business. AppLabs doesn't need to invest in a nothing company - what's the point. There isn't one, it makes no sense at all. Now they are stuck with a 6% shareholding in an illiquid stock that can't be sold.
