Hi @playwithfire, if they end-up running seminars on how not to run a company (after being de-listed of course), perhaps they could copy-n-paste some commentary from their Cosmo annual report & capitalise the letters to use as the main theme for their seminars...

Looks like management are getting desperate to sell Cosmo. Only $11k cash at the end of FY23 & total liabilities of more than $2M.
At this stage there's an excellent probability that ADG's Brazil play will end up going in the same (or similar) direction as Cosmo & Adelong.
Miracles required IMO.
