If 9.41m is 40.9% of the project, then 9.41 /40.9 = .2 3m for 1% or 23m for 100%
Capital costs are known at 15.8m, so operations is the remainder of 7.2m
Split the 7.2 over three years (actually 35 months as I assume close early December)and annual is 2.47 for operation.
