True, but even a 100% uptake of HZRO would have yielded only $8.3M for 24 million shares, so it was never going to fund the thing on its own.
I doubt funding the rest of it is going to provide any problems.
I do acknowledge the bad feelings the drop in share price created to those holding HZRO, but you also have to ask how much the company could have done about that. There has been a very persistent seller at just over 30c for a long time now ...
