The affirmation last Friday that revenues are growing strongly...and that the US expansion is well ahead of schedule is very encouraging.
I wish I'd bought more when the SP dipped below $0.60
Still I envisage this being at least $2 a share in 12 months.
At the end of the day WSR is just a NEA copycat.
NEA is way ahead....and has the cashflow to stay ahead.
