Your ability to find relevant NEA information never ceases to astound me. But hell my friend; I just blew an hour going through (tried to at any rate) all those IP files and I must say I'm a bit confused. The 2 examination reports suggest the application will not be successful due to lack of novelty. NEA obviously objects and submits amendments. But then a patent acceptance for claims 1-19. The original had 208 claims so not sure what happened here.
I am forced to have a working understanding of corporate law but no experience in IP Can someone help here?
