Richard Cottie has said in presentations that he is not that fond of CR's and that it his intentions to secure OPM this is his way of doing business as stated; any way you look at it, it is going to dilute the share price to some extent, BUT in this environment, and especially in this industry O&G people are sick and tired of CR'S. We will have a JV and I would not be surprised at all, if we by pass Australia altogether, and a large international company; I would be completely surprised if we had a capital raising
