I will stop drinking the kool aid on this one. Since the announcement about AdCella its felt like a last ditch attempt to salvage something. And not just an attempt to salvage the options that are about to expire, this surely is an attempt to salvage them as an independent company. No deal to fund AD-214 anytime soon (and if they had something on the table, what's stopping them announcing that and solving the options issue), and I cant see what else they have worth investing in and they will run out of cash.
