Not sure what you mean. These are employee incentive shares. All companies will have a share plan for their employees. Some just hold them and some need to convert for expenses. Unfortunately those people are needy today, but if they were smart they'd get a loan put their shares in their super and get 5000% on their money in 10 years from now. But short sighted people need the money here and now. Banks are for getting money, shares (especially incentives) should be put away for a rainy day. Ask any big investor, they'll say why spend my money when I can spend the banks!
