With the SP being artificially maintained below the 12c raise price, what is the likelihood of the retail offer being successful ? The the offer not being underwritten, there is a real risk the company raise will fall short unless of course a supporting announcement is made.

I am sure the Company has considered this risk and look fwd to more detail of other opportunities being made public.

One such announcement could be a "Business Update" or more certainty in the ACV and so on to give market confidence at the retail level.
