what makes you say the price is artificially low
It would appear that the announcement ahead of the 4c was meant to pump the price to offset quite a negative cash flow statement so to some extent, that was an artificial high
company mgmt & the board have increasingly shown a lack of experience (acv overstatement & now just not reporting it or even addressing market questions), & then this whole raise is a total train wreck
perhaps they will succeed, but they are not going about it by being upfront & transparent with shareholders & the broader market hence the share price
