I guess they haven't raised enough money in the SPP, so are reaching out to their staff to chip in..? Not sure if this was planned before they announced the CR or not, but it looks to me like an additional attempt to source capital. I thought I'd buy more through the SPP but instead bought from the market in recent days below $0.12
