With NSOs, you pay ordinary income taxes when you exercise the options , and capital gains taxes when you sell the shares. So I'm assuming this last 15m @ 4.2 are US owner related options and are part of a plan as mentioned before to exercise while the stock is likely to be under selling pressure. We may see some off-market notice activity next week to account for the required funds to exercise them (depends who owned the options).
