Before today, Guido had 10 million 0,042 options left to exercise ($ 420,000).
Best choice for Guido would be to sell his 4,2 million shares at 0,071 = $ 298,200
and pay $121,800 with his own money.
He will end with a neat 10 million shares + 7,380, 000 2024 options + 15% of SBP
