I was thinking of JD BUYING, certainly not selling !
Imo, he is still playing an important role in the shadow.
With recent conversion of options, the number of non dilluted Shares has grown.
JD could go to 70 millions shares without crossing the 5% threshold.
As he is not a board member, he doesn"t have to tell anyone.
Anyway, somebody is buying all the new shares recently sold on market (Guido : 2,8 million sold).
