    Buying 25 millon is a bit too much.

    But he could have bought 8 million to help old friends getting out of compromised options.

    It all depends of what informations he got acess to.
    Imo, he have acess to everything. The new constitution has a special provision for that.

    In one sens or another, a lot will be unveiled after August 28, imo.

    Hopefully, the end of and old game and start of a new one.
