What we know is that the number of US employees at 4DS Inc
on April 2021 was 5.

I don't think there was more of them because the COVID loan was based on the number of employees. So the more employees 4DS inc could declare the more money they would get.

I also think that the $ 2,150,300 in the loss account refers to 4DS Inc losses.

- 4DS Ltd = (212500 + 75000 bonus) => David MacAuliffe - 4DS Ltd Australia
- 4DS Inc = $2,150,300 = Research spending => All employees at 4DS inc - Fremont

For 2021 , The board + MVB and SD remuneration accounted for $ 2,475,000 if payment in shares are included (but not all for employees).

If we substract what was given to DM (not on 4DS Inc pay role), we get something like $ 2,130,000

It all depends if payement in shares are included or not.

But even if payment in shares are not included in the loss account (wich will be against accountability principles), you still have $1 million only for the board members and KMP
So only 1.15 million for the rest of employees ?
Thats not enough for a big team of technicians working in a lab.

And where would they be working ?

Imo, it's not possible to hide employees from the administration scrutiny.


But I can be wrong and it's an important point anyway.

I'll make some more research about it.


The question of the number of people really working for 4DS Inc have been around for years.

If it is 7 employees, as I have seen lately, it means something.

If it is 20 or 30 peoples it means something completly different.
