I believe there is a blackout period of plus/minus two weeks of Director activity. Meaning dont expect any news for at least two weeks.
However, 2-3 weeks puts it right in the timeline of the IMEC meeting. it's possible Guido wanted to exerise now before that meeting happens. On top of the fact the oppies expire end of january
If he is holding onto the shares it's clearly bullish. Won't know until the 3Y comes out. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering he seems like the ultimate insider
