    Owners of shares often get benefits not offered to owners of options, ie during a CR or a sale proposal.

    An early exercise of options may simply mean someone doesn't want to risk missing out on any special offers that may come between now and 2025. Or it may mean something along the lines of a sale or CR is in the wind...
