So Mr Hoek, ex chairman of 4ds, appears to be caliifornia based. Weak assessment however, but that’s Google for you. But if California based, as previous posts illustrated, he has significant costs incl federal and state taxes by converting these. If he has deep pockets and thinks 4ds is in the money quite soon, he might hold 100%. If he has normal pockets or suspects there may be delays In Selling 4ds, or he just wants a quick 100%, he may sell some/ or all of them soon. it’s unlikely we will ever find out, he is no longer with the co, no 3y, no further reporting obligations, none of our business…..oh well.
