My guess is David et. al. rang all option holders and asked them to convert. Instead of a capital raise they went this route.
Not many oppies left. I dont think the 10c oppies will be converted, that's 10.5m of themm unless the sp is well over 20c.
The 3.5m oppies at 8c not sure. They expire in a few months
David's oppies should also be locked up, that's 13m of them, knock wood.
Interesting to see what happens once there are no more oppies to convert
