Despite the pessimism around director selling, the little optimism left in me is saying that IMEC has to be good news. What would you ask someone to fly all the way to Belgium to tell them bad news? If it’s bad news most people might choose to relay the message indirectly, for example a well worded email: congratulations 4DS for the achievements. However, our clients would like to see more before they become genuinely interested…
Another theory to add to the piles, 4DS might even receive a conditional offer to buy the company: what you have is really good but our business need these criteria, if you can achieve them we will buy you for xxx.
