    So far ... confusion. Therefore I currently favour a buy.

    If directors are converting to hold ... they would want to convert at the lowest possible price to avoid paying too much tax.

    They could sell a million or so to cover tax, to drive the closing price down to help minimize their own tax. (But so far it seems unlikely they have dumped (for my money).)

    A 7.7c close with 7.4c low with 10m on ASX and 2m on Cboe without any further director notices would be an ideal double bottom, point to rally from!
