It is CLEAR is it? No it isn't, you have no more idea than anyone else on here and your opinion is total speculation.

As MJ states, if Ting forms a view - as the CTO - that his tax obligation is likely going to be higher in the months ahead then of course it makes sense that he would want to exercise now under US tax laws. Maybe he sells some to cover his tax obligation to the IRS but we won't know the answer to that until the next annual report comes out.

Given his overwhelming positivity at the AGM about scaling down - which, working with the IMEC team, is largely his personal responsibility - plus the statement they put out on Monday, I suspect he will want to hold onto as many of them as he is able to.

Personally I read this as positive but each person will take their own view.
