The announcement clearly stated he’s converted from option to 4,000,000 ordinary shares. To do that he pays the difference between the option strike price and todays share price. He’s paid up for fully paid shares through his employee scheme. He’s not gonna wait till 2027 when the stocks worth $10.,,, Read the announcement again….
