    someone just explained it. because hes based in the US. if he waits, and 4ds climbs to $5 he either has to let them expire (which you wouldnt) or pay a shit load of tax.

    hes excercising now because hes confident the share price will increase anyway and doesnt want to have to let them expire in the money in the future or pay a bucket load of tax .

    thats my understanding anyway
