While we're all having guesses why they sold, it could be so DM can use the cash to convert more options and increase his holdings... He's still got 6m options at 3.7 cents, so maybe could get a 2:1 from it?
the timing of doing something like that is likely more driven by thier own financial situation (cgt, personal income tax etc) and not driven by the SP so much
we will just have to wait and see if DM exercises more
