    Not exercising is negative

    Exercising and selling out is negative

    Free carrying is neutral

    Exercising and holding is positive

    As investors we should base our actions more on our assessment of what the company has done and is doing with regards to our investment horizon, but the holdings of key persons is a possible signal, though not one to be emphasised over other factors.
