Hope this is your last comment after learning how to read books but before that learn and understand that you as a shareholder own this company so whether the bonus is paid to CEO or Tea lady in the office it goes out of your pocket and once learn accept this simple fundamental on how to;think like investors then you go on to learn how to read books.
