I understand that you think that is SHOULD change, but what I'm asking is why do you think it WILL change?
Basically if you don't think it WILL change it sounds like you would want to sell your shares as you think CEO/Chairwoman are useless.
If you think that it WILL change, I'd like to know how exactly you think that will come to happen.
