no one said 60% salary increment so just learn to read first. This is from annual report and it says "Employee benefits expenses" increased by 60% from 2022 to 2023... and who got that benefit is the matter you can ask in AGM as to what on earth they achieved to get this increment when nothing of substantial given back to shareholders !
On top of that to a dumbest possible announcement on possible capital raise to get anther $30m gave clear "SIGNAL" to market and market reacted to it .. !
