All that good but it happens before FDA approval and reimbursement code issued and after that one need to start talking revenue, cost cut and continue towards self sufficient to invest in research and sometimes it is better to sell company to big brother which creates immediate value to shareholders as big brother like Phillips can put much needed cash to advance technology if there is any further future.
