Well well well ... based on my digging, it turns out that the Sam Hupert of PME should be the person who exercised these 2m options. See screenshot from IPO Prospectus below - noting that no one else had options disclosed at IPO with the same terms ($0.40 exercise price; 2m options and 31 Dec 2024 expiry date).
This is a huge vote of confidence by Sam Hupert, the man at the helm of the growing behemoth PME, on where he believes the SP of 4DX is heading over the long term. @StuTM
As he is only an Advisory Board member and not a director, no Director change of interest notice was required to be lodged and announced.
