Either option possible. Suspect a desire to sell into strength and take some profits. There is not enough buying demand to keep prices in the 9's. Any money in the kitty has to be welcomed because lets face it, they are not flush with funds. They do seem to be making progress so I'll take a positive view at this point. That, together with management options at 14c, suggest to me a positive outlook.
