Thats why the company made these oppies non renounceable , read the prospectus. it means all you can do with these is convert, you cannot trade with these so ergo facto no downward pressure..Its actually smart as it applies upward pressure in ensuring that the heads get to 10c asap in order for you to convert to heads, think about it .
