Not many of the last lot of options were exercised as options were way out of the money. It's ok to give options but there are no guarantees that they'll be exercised as there are no guarantees they'll be in the money.
Fairly certain many holding previous options are not impressed with how sp struggled and is struggling still. Not too interested in options but am interested in sp getting traction - bogged down for some time now - when or if that will change is a big unknown.
