I suppose I can live with the 2 for 1 free options for soph's. What I don't really like is that they get a second bite at the cherry as they qualify for the 1 for 3 nearly free options that existing shareholders get as well.
I had thought from the very original announcements that the original ex dates for determining the 1 for 3 was going to be before the soph's shares settled.
Basically, soph's get roughly 83% of their shares picked up in the CR as options for a less than 1% premium on their investment. Not bad if you can get it.
I suppose I can live with the 2 for 1 free options for soph's....
