so 90,000,000 shares got issued at a very attractive 1 for 2 free attaching options, AND they've been issued prior to the Record Date of the 15th for existing holders who qualify for the 1 for 3 'almost free 0.001 cents' options.
That makes 90m shares qualify for another 30m options, surely not such a biased double dip is there ?
