might be a dumb question but how does this 1:3 oppies thing work in practise, basically whatever number of shares we are holding at todays date i think it is we are entitled to buy 1/3 in oppies for $0.001? is there anything else we need to do or we just pay the funds in the coming days i am assuming for the oppies we are entitled to
