Antilles have shown the can do everything required however now is the time to get something moving & that is what the Cubans also identified..

Basically saying we give you these projects not only on the basis of showing their viability but also demonstrating that you can gwt one up and running.

I believe it will happen, I believe it will be the new oxide mine & I believe we will see progress on this front shortly..

Macro conditions don't help but neither does 60 yrs worth of embargoes & Cuba needs a way forward..
