WTF performance rights converted - shoot no wonder why they are not doing anything - getting crap load of shares for what?. seriously performance shares! - what has occurred that they are entitled to this?.
oh that right the non-transparent KPI's that seem to reward themselves for everything other than the all important SP - shoot its the SP that counts as that reflects the markets valuation of the company given its actual trading but hey we will leave that out of our KPI's otherwise we aint getting nufink!!!- but that don't bother him!
