Does anybody remember what the performance benchmark was? I read this as Tim having achieved the benchmark years back but only cashing in now, yet that doesn't make as much sense as the the options were given back then contingent on achieving certain milestones which have now apparently been achieved. If so, I would love to know and am sure I am not alone...
